Maharishi School Students Serve for Greenfest

Maharishi School’s Greenfest day was October 14. The annual event is a fundraiser inspiring a sense of responsibility in students and the opportunity to give back to their school and community. Middle and upper school students seek sponsorship and then spend the day of Greenfest doing community service and sustainability projects. Projects ranged from painting murals and safety barriers, to working in the North Campus and school greenhouses, to helping weatherize homes and clean up Maharishi University of Management Campus grounds. The students were enthusiastic, approaching their tasks with gusto.
