The Artist and the Scientist

Photography plays an important role in many processes, from the creation of silicone chips to space exploration.

The Maharishi School course focuses on basic skills and aesthetics that are the mechanisms through which students refine their abilities of perception and expression.

Through peer critiques students learn whether or not the subjective message of their vision is transferrable to others.
Students learn to express and read subjective and objective messages written with light.
Students become more literate in the language of light, noticing the message of line, form, and texture, and gain insight into themselves and the sensibilities of others.
