Organic vegetarian meals
  • We’re the first U.S. High School, Middle School, and Elementary School to offer all-organic, vegetarian, freshly prepared lunches.
  • Our school lunch program boasts a wide array of vegetarian fare, from home-style pizza to Chinese stir fry, from Mexican to Indian and more. Locally grown produce is used whenever possible, and the milk, yogurt, and ice cream come from a local organic dairy farm, and our bread and pastries are freshly baked on campus using organic flour.
  • The lunches are prepared from fresh ingredients each day, including locally grown Maharishi Vedic Organic vegetables, resulting in meals that are more nutritious and delicious. Maharishi University of Management organic farm uses Maharishi Vedic Organic Agriculture principles, an approach that enlivens the plant’s inner intelligence, so that the vegetables have maximum nutritional value and promote growth in consciousness.
