Essa Leaps Beyond Competition

At the track meet on April 4 Essa Johnson began where she left off last season with an Impressive win in the Girls Long Jump. She was competing with girls from 3A schools (the second largest in the state). Her 16’2” jump won by over a foot against girls from Fairfield, Keokuk, Fort Madison and Oskaloosa.
