Lands' End is now the sole providers of our School uniforms with the exception of the following items: K-12 shoes, 7-12 boys' white shirts and 7-12 boys' ties.
Unless otherwise indicated, all items listed below can be purchased from Lands' End. Please note the choices of sweater, shoes and leg coverings (girls) - these are the only permittted choices in these areas.

For your convenience, some sample sizes of uniform items are available for try-on in the Central Office. Please contact the Central Office at 641-472-9400, ext. 2 to make an appointment for try-on or with any questions you might have.

Lower School Girls
Dress (grades 1-4 only): girls’ short or long sleeve "mesh polo dress" in the "evergreen" color with required logo patch
Skirt (grades 5-6): 2 style options in the "white plaid" color: "plain A-line" skirt or "pleated plaid skirt ." The girls' skirts must be no shorter than to the top of the knee when fastened at the waist. If skirts are shorter, they must be lengthened before wearing to school.
Blouse (grades 5/6 only): with required logo patch. 2 style options in white: "feminine fit interlock polo" in short or long sleeve or "peter pan knit top" in short or long sleeve.
Cardigan* (optional): 3 style choices in the "maize" color : "fine gauge cotton cardigan sweater" or "button front drifter cardigan sweater" or "cable hooded sweater"
White cotton socks or knee highs (evergreen or navy also acceptable)
White, ivory, or navy microfiber tights (evergreen also acceptable) *optional
Navy cotton bike shorts (to be worn under skirts) *optional
Headband *optional
Shoes: Mary Janes or cordovan/brown polished penny loafers (available through Lands' End or Brown's Shoe Store in Fairfield)
Khaki colored uniform pants, 3 style options: all cotton and stain/wrinkle resistant pleat-front Chino pants, or pleated Chinos, or pleated Chino with reinforced knees.
Khaki uniform cotton shorts *optional
Maize mesh polo shirt, short or long-sleeved with required logo patch
Evergreen drifter cardigan sweater *optional
White or khaki crew socks
Shoes: cordovan or brown polished penny loafers or buck suede shoes (available through Lands' End or Brown's Shoe Store in Fairfield or other shoe stores)

White uniform blouse, 3 style options: "no iron pinpoint blouse in long sleeve" (100% cotton), or "Oxford shirt" in long or 3/4 sleeve (60/40), or "pintuck blouse" in short or long sleeve (60/40)
Cardigan* (optional): girls’ or womens' in the "maize" color, 3 style options: "fine gauge cotton cardigan sweater," or "button front drifter cardigan sweater," or "cable hooded sweater"
White cotton socks or knee highs (evergreen or navy also acceptable)

Shoes: polished dark brown or cordovan dress loafers or Mary Janes, no nubuck and no contrast stitching or decoration. Heels should be no higher than one inch when measured from the back of the heel. Soles must be flat/smooth, not deeply treaded, and must be made of scuff-resistant material (available through Lands' End or Brown's Shoe Store in Fairfield)
Khaki uniform pants. Boys may choose to wear the all cotton and stain/wrinkle resistant pleat-front Chino pants, the pleated Chinos, or the pleated Chino with reinforced knees. The last 2 pants are 60% cotton/40% polyester.
White oxford button-down dress shirt. Boys may choose to wear the easy-care Oxford, which is 60%cotton/40% polyester, or the no-iron Pinpoint, which is all cotton. Both options come in short- or long-sleeve.
Yellow knit uniform tie (Middle School, this can be purchased at the Boys' School office)
Upper School boys are allowed to wear the tie of their choice as long as it is appropriate and not distracting.

If you have any questions regarding shoes, please check with your School office before purchasing or keep the receipt and bring them in for approval before wearing.
T-Shirt: White girls/women short- or long-sleeved feminine fit super t-shirt (with required logo), OR white boys/men Short- or long sleeved super t-shirt (with required logo)
Shorts: Evergreen mesh or athletic mesh shorts (lined with cotton)
Evergreen hooded pullover sweatshirt *optional
Evergreen crew sweatshirt *optional
Evergreen hooded zip-front sweatshirt *optional
Athletic Shoes: All students need PE shoes (high top preferred) to be worn inside only for PE. When PE is held outside, children will be required to wear appropriate outdoor footwear. Most parents purchase a pair of tennis shoes specifically to be worn to and from school and to double for outside PE classes. Clogs or sandals will not be permitted.
